PLAN 4000 - SUPER SNOOPER AMPLIFIER
High gain amplifier circuit can be used to pick up and amplify adjacent room noises. Use with wireless mic #4001 to make ultra sensitive room bug.
PLAN 4001 - WIRELESS MIC/ROOM BUG
Transmit your voice through any FM radio. Use as a baby sitter to keep tabs on baby in it's room. Use with #4000 Super Snooper Amplifier to listen in on another room or building through a portable FM radio. Hundreds of uses, just use your imagination.
PLAN 4003 - VOICE STRESS ANALYZER
How many times have you wished you could tell if a person was lying? This is the best type of lie detector available as it needs no physical connection to the subject. It will work off of telephone, tape recording or from the next room via mic or bug. The analyzer monitors the subject's voice patterns and electronically evaluates their relative stress patterns to determine true or false responses.
PLAN 4004 - ANTI-VOICE STRESS ANALYZER
Have you ever felt that someone was using a voice stress analyzer on your telephone conversations? With this device you can pre-process your voice signals to remove all stress values. This device can be inserted in a telephone line or between a tape recorder and the microphone, etc.
PLAN 4005 - ROOM BUG FOILER
This little device absolutely jams all listening devices. It is so effective that it will even jam some telephones and hearing aids used in the same room. With this device turned on in a room, no sound can get through any bugging device.
PLAN 4006 - TELEPHONE SCRAMBLER
With this portable scrambler you can have absolute privacy during your telephone conversations. Telephone taps are absolutely useless. Build it into an attaché case and never be without it. To use the scrambler, just place the telephone handset into it's cradle and then use the scrambler's handset. That's all there is to it!
PLAN 4007 - (VOX) VOICE OPERATED RELAY
Connect this little voice activated relay between a bug and a tape recorder to automatically turn on the recorder whenever a voice is detected. Can be used for automatic switching of recorders, transmitters, amplifiers, etc.
PLAN 4008 - PROFESSIONAL POLYGRAPH
This is a professional type lie detector in that it monitors several vital signs of the subject simultaneously: respiration, skin resistance, and pulse rate. This instrument is unique in that it utilizes a stereo tape to record all the test results on one track of the tape while all the questions and answers are recorded on the second track. It can be attached to a chart recorder for permanent, graphic recording or may be replayed with full metered display, etc.
PLAN 4009 - WIRELESS MICROPHONE BUG
This small wireless microphone can be fashioned to look like a pack of cigarettes. Unlike some other wireless mics, this is a professional type FM transmitter bug having a range of up to one block.
PLAN 4010 - HALF DOLLAR MIKE
Talk about small, this mic is just under the size of a half dollar and only .75 inch thick including batteries. It is so small that it can be hidden along moldings, stuck under table edges, etc.
PLAN 4011 - OLIVE MIC
Even smaller than #4009, this bugging mic can be fashioned to look like a Martini olive with a "toothpick" as its antenna. Just don't let anyone try to eat it. Operates in the 3000 MHz FM band. Circuitry to convert a standard FM radio to receive the bug's signal is included.
PLAN 4012 - INFRA-RED BUGGING MIKE
You don't have to install anything on the premises to use this "bug". Just point it at a room or building to be bugged and a beam of infra-red light will make the wall or window become the "mic", transmitting the sounds along a "laser" beam to it's special receiver.
PLAN 4013 - ULTRA-SONIC BUG
Overcomes the most sophisticated counter-bugging measures. This "bug" transmits sound as ultrasonic vibrations along wooden baseboards, flooring, iron rails, etc. Plans include receiver data.
PLAN 4014 - HIGH POWER BUG
This tiny solid state bug uses the principle of modulated peak power pulses to achieve an effective 5 watts (PEP) output from only milliwatts of input. This increases the effective range of the bug to several miles. Quite small in size, the bug is smaller than a pack of cigarettes including it's batteries. Tiny AC power supply data is included with plan set so it's service could be indefinite.
PLAN 4015 - TELEPHONE CARTRIDGE MIKE
Unscrew the cover and drop this device into the mouthpiece of a telephone handset and within 10 seconds you've "bugged" the phone. This bug takes its power from the phone line so could operate for years without detection. Transmits to a good FM receiver up to one block away.
PLAN 4016 - LIGHT SWITCH BUG
Hide this little bug inside a light switch. It takes its power from the power line so batteries are not needed. Will transmit its RF signal along the power line so bug detectors cannot locate it. The real investigator's dream.
PLAN 4017 - LONG DISTANCE BUG
Plant this bug in a telephone in the room to be bugged. Call the room from anywhere in the country and before the phone can start ringing, a special transmitted signal keeps the phone from ringing and connects a high gain mic circuit to the phone line. You can listen to everything going on in the room from long distances over the phone line.
PLAN 4018 - WIRELESS PHONE BUG
Actually a tiny FM transmitter that installs in any telephone, converting the phone to both a room bug and a phone tap. The design features a frequency shift between tap and bug. Uses telephone power rather than batteries for long uninterrupted service. Operates in the 75 to 100 MHz FM range.
PLAN 4019 - CAR DASH BUG
Plant this bug under the dash of a subject's car and catch every word said in the vehicle. Connects between car radio and antenna. Uses vehicle power so no battery is required. Special noise canceling circuits and AGC limits unwanted noises. Range is several blocks, making monitoring quite easy.
PLAN 4020 - CAR TAILING TRANSMITTER
Want to keep tabs on someone and make sure you know where he is at all times? Plant this tailing bug on the subject's car and a constant "beep" in your receiver will alert you to his position, getting louder as you get closer. Inexpensive and expendable. This device operates for days on its own batteries, sending out peak RF pulses.
PLAN 4021 - POSITIONING CAR TAILING BUG
Not only does this bug send out power pulses at excellent range, it will also give you information as to its position in relation to the receiver. It can tell the direction as well as the rate of travel. Sophisticated system would make any spy envious. Plans for tail bug, receiver and display system included.
PLAN 4022 - HIGH POWER CAR TAILING TRANSMITTER
More powerful than our #4020 Car Tailing Transmitter. Works on a principle called "peak pulsed power". Will transmit up to 5 miles. The circuit for this transmitter is IC controlled for stable pulses of the RF signals.
PLAN 4027 - ELECTRONIC STETHOSCOPE
Listen to conversations in other rooms right through walls or windows. Hear tumblers in combination locks and safes. So sensitive, you can hear blood rushing through your veins.
PLAN 4029 - HIGH GAIN AMPLIFIER MODULE
This amplifier module was originally designed for use with our #4026 Shotgun Microphone but can also be used for any application requiring low noise, high gain performance. Applications such as shotgun mikes, electronic stethoscopes, scope and meter pre-amps, room bugs, etc. Easy to build.
PLAN 4030 - ELECTRONIC BUG DETECTOR
Designed specifically for self-construction. Plug-in modules allow detection of bugging transmitters operating anywhere between 50 MHz and 400Mhz
PLAN 4031 - MINI-TELEPHONE HANDSET TRANSMITTER
This small FM transmitter is much easier to build and install than some of our other transmitting bugs, with construction time less than one hour. Transmits both sides of the telephone conversation to any nearby FM receiver tuned to the frequency you have set the bug to. Easy to connect, just unscrew the telephone mouthpiece cap, slip the transmitter into the handset and connect two leads to the telephone microphone screws. Powers directly from the telephone line so lasts indefinitely once installed.
PLAN 4032 - TELEPHONE LINE CLIP ON TRANSMITTER
A different twist to an old transmitter design. Easily built in about one hour, this FM transmitter can be connected inside a regular telephone, or quickly clipped to the wires anywhere along the telephone line. Transmits up to 1/4 mile to a standard FM receiver. Powers directly from the phone lines so lasts indefinitely once installed.
PLAN 4033 - FOUNTAIN PEN TRANSMITTER
A very unique design type seen rarely outside of spy movie scripts. Actually fits entirely within a metal pen and uses the pen itself as the antenna. A real study in miniaturization, using a minimum of common components. Powerful enough to transmit up to several blocks to a standard FM receiver.
PLAN 4034 - TELEPHONE ANTI-LISTENING DEVICE
If you suspect someone is listening to your telephone conversations on another extension, this easy to build circuit will stop them cold. Installs easily in other extension phones or along extension phone lines. When you are using your extension FIRST, all others are completely dead and nobody can listen in. Otherwise all phones operate normally.
PLAN 4035 - 5 WATT FM BUG
This type of bugging device is normally used when a greater distance between bug and receiver is required. While most bugs put out in the milliwatts range, this little circuit is capable of putting out a whopping 5 watts. Very small in size, the unit is easily hid to transmit all room sounds to the distant standard FM receiver. Range is up to 10 miles. Quite easy to construct in one evening using commonly available components.
PLAN 4036 - MINI FM RECEIVER
With this miniature FM receiver, you can monitor nearby FM bugging devices even in a crowded environment. Small enough to be wired into the lining of a jacket, etc. A small crystal earpiece is used to hear the audio. No one but you will know that you are listening in on someone else's conversations.
PLAN 4037 - PROFESSIONAL TYPE "SECURE" BUG
Most bugging devices operate in the standard FM broadcast band and the danger of someone accidentally finding your "station" is always present. FM type bugs are also extremely easy for a professional "debugger" to find. Professional type bugs either put the frequency outside of the range of standard FM receivers or else put the audio on a sub-carrier which makes detection more difficult. However these professional bugs, when you can find where to purchase them, are quite expensive. This design utilizes two modes of transmission, frequency modulation outside the FM band or sub-carrier. It is somewhat more complicated to construct than some of our other designs, but the advantages are worth it to the professional. Plans include the simple modifications need on a standard FM receiver to be able to pick up the bug's transmissions.
